Roswell legislator Rep. Colin McMillan says middle income residents will see little tax difference under the new package while those at bracket ends face substantial hikes. An analysis for McMillan shows $10 000 income with four dependents could rise 63.6 percent, and $50 000 to $80 000 earners with four dependents could rise 11.23 to 22.78 percent.
