Roswell Man Sentenced to 51 Months for Firearm Possession
Xavier Barela of Roswell, 36, received 51 months in prison and three years of supervised release in Las Cruces Federal Court. He pleaded guilty to unlawful firearm possession while under felony ineligibility. He was arrested in May 2012 after a grand jury indictment for April 21, 2012, charges.
