Roswell police logged a theft on Jerry Smith Circle noting a suitcase with a Crown Royal bag valued at 100 dollars. Luis Enrique Najera faced aggravated driving under the influence charges on June 19 in the 800 block of South Union Avenue. Marcelino Olivas was charged with driving under the influence.
