Officials tour FLETC immigration facilities in Artesia
Roswell figures including Mayor Dennis Kintigh and Reps. Candy Spence Ezzell Bill Gray and James Townsend met with FLETC and DHS officials to discuss hundreds to thousands of illegal immigrants from Central America arriving this week. Ezzell described dormitory style housing with eight per room, meals and services, and an eight foot fence planned for indefinite stays, calling conditions appalling. Rep. Steve Pearce joined a House Republican working group on national security and humanitarian crises.

State makes progress eradicating feral pigs in New Mexico
