Wright Bond a 40 year old Roswell resident died after tumbling from a upstairs porch railing. He suffered a crushed skull and broken arm, was removed to St Marys Hospital where surgery failed to save him. Bond, born in Liberty Hill Texas, had relatives in Austin and led a mobile life, often working as a gar picker. He was seen on the veranda and fell to the ground.
