Retired Army Col. Michael R. Gonzales of Santa Fe has joined the Army Scholarship Foundation board of directors. A 23 plus year veteran, he directed Army programs for Modern Technology Solutions Inc. and held key posts including director of strategic operations at Army Space and Missile Defense Command and command of the 6th Battalion, 200th Air Defense Artillery. The foundation funds scholarships for Army soldiers families.
