Bid packages require current license bond and insurance. The Eastern Regional Housing Authority and AMCA LLC filed a separate groundwater permit change application with the State Engineer for a 68.7 acre foot per annum allocation ceasing from shallow well RA-1254-S near Hagerman NM along NM Highway 2. The move and use are in Chaves County NM.
