Rare portrait to be publicly viewed at RMAC exhibit

The Roswell Museum and Art Center will host the first public viewing of Retrato de Praxedes Dominguez, a portrait of Praxedes Peggy Dominguez Barala by Peter Hurd. The piece, part of Magical & Real: Henriette Wyeth and Peter Hurd, A Retrospective, will be shown at RMAC with a 2 to 5 p.m. reception on June 15.
