Judge Scoggin Sees Continuing Fight Over District Funds

LAS CRUCES AP. Dist Court Judge W T Scoggin says he has not exhausted legal options in his dispute with the State Finance Board over Third Judicial District finances. The board removed administration of state court funds for Otero and Lincoln counties, an action Scoggin calls illegal. He said he was offered the services of a Santa Fe attorney for a full fight with the board.
