Park dedication and Cahoon Park Pool open in Roswell
Roswell marks the dedication of a rejuvenated Altrusa Park and the Cahoon Park Pool opening for the season. A 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. celebration at Altrusa Park includes signups for a Summer Reading Adventure, a kids craft, a visit to the Police Command Center, a fire truck obstacle course, rocket launches, face painting, a photo booth, and themed foods. Sponsoring groups include Altrusa International and the Roswell Public Library. The pool offers daily open swim with age based pricing, a family swim program starting June 8, and Learn To Swim classes beginning mid June with two week sessions.
