Chaves County Red Cross Chapter renews war relief efforts with a pap er air raid on Roswell. A five o clock siren at the water plant warned residents. The relief committee asks for general donations to aid refugees and the sick homeless. Quota now $1,920, contributions at First National Bank or Chamber of Commerce or via committee members.
