Film May Fade From Popular Use Amid Digital Takeover
Rochester AP reports film faces a rapid decline as digital cameras improve and new buyers forego film. Industry data show U.S. film roll and single use camera sales plunging from hundreds of millions to tens of millions. Experts predict film could be mostly gone in the United States by decade's end.
