The FBI dubbed a 50 to 60 year old bald man the Granddad Bandit after linking him to 21 bank robberies across 12 states including Missouri. A digital billboard initiative with Lamar Outdoor Advertising displays his surveillance photo in Missouri and other states to aid capture. he often robs calmly without always showing a weapon.

Police Blotter Reports Several Vehicle Thefts and Frauds
Police investigated multiple incidents on Monday and Sunday including the theft of a 5500 watt Coleman generator worth 800 at Granite Circle, a vehicle burglary on Bayou Court with dance shoes and costumes worth 705, another theft on Lafayette Loop with GPS tools and 600 in cash totaling 920, and 6000 worth of river rock stolen from South Wooldridge Avenue.
