John F. Gilmore and Joan E. Gilmore of Roswell seek a permit to change the place of use for 240.6 acre feet per year of artesian and shallow groundwater from Well RA-97 and Well RA-5035 to irrigate 80.2 acres near Roswell. Objections must be filed within ten days of last publication with the State Engineer in Roswell. The matter concerns the estate case D-504-PB-201300026.
