Curry County commissioners face open meetings question

Investigators could not determine if three Curry County commissioners held an illegal November meeting but issued an opinion urging openness. The dispute began after the Clovis News Journal alleged a quorum formed during a lunch with Eastern Plains Council of Governments interim director Richard Arguello.

2010 Atlantic hurricane season predicted to be highly active
