Roswell Doctor to Retire After Narcotics License Surrender

Santa Fe Raquetball Club Funds Tied to Gov Apodaca

A Santa Fe racquetball club partly owned by Gov. Jerry Apodaca and 12 other investors including state officials, dentists, and lawyers is organized as a partnership with 13 investments. Each $17,400 note funds a portion of a half million loan from First National Bank, backed by promissory notes. Investors include Sen. Montoya, Public Service Commission members, and other local figures, with Apodaca named among general partners. The largest stake is $43,500 by the Bravas.
