Wood carvers give cafe a makeover
In Clovis the Guadalajara Cafe gains intricate wood carvings as Fred Lopez and his son Ricky complete a 18 month remodel. Ricky carved over 200 corbels while Fred and his family preserve the restaurant’s traditional Mexican fare and atmosphere. Local history ties to Guadalajara and the Loretto Chapel inspire the project. The cafe has hosted Tanya Tucker Lt. Gov. Walter Bradley and LeAnn Rimes in town.
