Planning and Zoning Commission backs cannabis code update
Planning and Zoning Commissioners advance a proposal to repeal Roswell's cannabis ordinance and business zoning code. City Attorney Hess Yntema and Jessica Vickers lead the update. Councilors have weighed in as a review and potential modification of city code was discussed earlier. Some members questioned why cannabis applicants routinely seek conditional-use permits to site operations.
