Moussaoui Withdraws Guilty Plea In 9/11 Case
Zacarias Moussaoui declared guilty of conspiracy in the Sept. 11 attacks and then withdrew his plea after a confrontation with Judge Leonie Brinkema over admitting to the core aim of the conspiracy. He remains his own attorney as jury selection is set for Sept. 30, with the case likely going to trial this fall.
