Music Man thrills Roswell audience with lively performances
The Roswell Community Little Theatre stages Meredith Willson's The Music Man at the Roswell Amphitheater. Tom Blake stars as Harold Hill with Mary Marley as Marian Paroo delivering strong vocals in Seventy Six Trombones and Marian the Librarian. Proceeds support a new theatre building fund with shows running for three more weekends at 7:30 p.m. Admission ranges from five to ten dollars depending on group size and age.

Restrictions Eased on Cibola Carson Forests and Bernalillo County
Fire restrictions are lifted on the Cibola and Carson national forests and in Bernalillo County. Campfire and smoking bans end as of 8 a.m. Friday in the Cibola districts including Sandia Mountaineair Magdalena and Mount Taylor due to recent rain and humidity reducing fire danger.
