Phipps Shooting Case Mentioned in Commons This Day

In London July 26 the shooting case involving J S and H C Phipps sons of Henry Phipps of Pittsburg was raised again in the House of Commons. Weir urged the Scottish advocate to stop their flight, noting one son may be in Paris.
