Hagerman orchard employs a force picking 400 to 500 bushels daily and some trees yield seven bushels. The orchard spans 60000 trees over 740 acres and is among the world’s largest. The crop this year is expected to be the orchard’s largest ever. In 1892 Hagerman refused 65000 for the crop on the trees.
