Tortilla Factory in Bloomfield Hit by Road Project Decline
Chihuahua Tortilla Factory owner Fernando Reyes blames U S 64 widening for a 70 to 80 percent drop in revenue and the loss of more than 15 000 dollars a month. He says traffic remains high but unsafe for customers and that the road work may extend beyond 18 months. Reyes operates a small staff and worries the business may fail without relief.
