El Caporal Mexican Kitchen Opens in Roswell
Roswell welcomes El Caporal Mexican Kitchen at 1010 S Main St Suite 2 Broadmoor Center. Javier Ledezma and wife Geovana opened on June 22 2016 after years of preparation and local business experience. The family staff of about 25 speaks English and Spanish and serves breakfast lunch and dinner with authentic Mexican dishes and a new modern touch. They plan to obtain a beer and wine license as they invite the community to dine in.
