Court of Appeals Upheld Servantez Convictions
The State Court of Appeals affirmed Moises Servantez forty year old conviction on four counts from a July 23 24 jury trial before Judge Alvin Jones. He received 28 years for second degree murder and related felonies after a July 18 2000 Roswell shooting amid a drug transaction involving Gustamontes Ledesma and Lara.
