County commission approves JOY Center phase one plan

Winds dust cause deadly I-10 pileup
State police shut down Interstate 10 for an hour between Las Cruces and Arizona after a dust storm triggered a multicar crash. Qwest advances toward long-distance sales in New Mexico
Qwest cleared a 14 point interconnection checklist with the New Mexico Public Regulation Commission a key step toward resuming long-distance service in the state.
