Joseph Moncayo of Roswell New Mexico died July 6 2017 aged 34. A Marine Assault Amphibious Vehicle technician he served eight years including Operation Iraqi Freedom and later worked as an underwater welder and medic diver. He is survived by mother Rita twin brother Matthew sisters Audrey and Georgia and girlfriend Tanya Montoya. Visitation July 9 2017 funeral July 10 2017 at St Peter's with interment at General Douglas McBride Cemetery. Ballard Funeral Home handled arrangements.
