Self Defense Excuse Behind Killing Wife's Brother
Kelly Eddy, 50, shot and killed his brother in law F. M. Faddool of New York City and wounded his wife in Capulin. Eddy said he would plead self defense. Faddool and Mrs. Eddy were both 50. Capulin reports cited a long standing money dispute. Eddy's store was the scene. The bodies were sent to Raton for burial and Mrs. Eddy remained under care at Miner's Hospital in Raton.
