Little Rock rapper faces weapons charge after club shooting
Ricky Hampton also known as Finese2Tymes was in custody on firearms charges after a June 25 incident at Club Envy in Forrest City where an AK style pistol struck a man in the neck. A separate Power Ultra Lounge shooting in Little Rock injured 28. Authorities say Hampton was later arrested in Alabama on aggravated assault charges and an Eastern District of Arkansas firearms complaint was filed. The case spurred shutdown talks for the venue and a task force plan from state and city leaders.
