Man charged in weekend accidental shooting in Roswell

Diego Bueno-Ibarra, 19, of Roswell, faces involuntary manslaughter and negligent use of a deadly weapon charges after a Friday alley shooting that killed his 17 year old brother Bryan. Investigators say alcohol and fireworks were involved as the gun jammed and discharged while Bueno-Ibarra tried to fix it. He was arrested, later released on recognizance after a court appearance.
