Notice of water rights transfer in Roswell New Mexico
On January 9 2012 Dr J Z Ainsworth filed Application RA 825 to RA 186 A with the State Engineer Roswell seeking to move 33.6 acre feet per year of artesian groundwater from RA 825 to RA 186 A for irrigation of 11.2 acres west of North Atkinson Avenue Roswell Chaves County New Mexico. If protests are not filed by ten days after last publication rights revert at end of Water Year 2016.
