Roswell secretary John Chappell says the 43rd Southeastern New Mexico Hereford Association event at ENM State Fairgrounds will feature 40 top bulls and eight cows from Arizona and New Mexico. Bulls are strong herd prospects and all animals pass six generation pedigree checks by the American Hereford Association. American freed after capture in Paracels drama at Clark
