Moscow January 31 AP The three crew members of the Soviet stratosphere balloon Osoaviakim were killed during a landing attempt southeast of Moscow near Potiskyostrog. The crew Pavril Fedoseinko Andrey Vasenko and another member perished when the balloon bag tore loose from the gondola on impact and instruments were destroyed. The craft had reached an altitude of 67585 feet before contact with heavy fog halted any safe landing efforts and air search failed to locate the balloon.
