Pearce pushes right to work as NM legislative focus
Rep. Steve Pearce, the sole NM Republican in Congress, urges 2015 state session action on a right to work law. He cites Tesla’s battery plant decision and says NM must compete with neighboring states. House Speaker Don Tripp, Rep. Candy Spence Ezzell, and other Republicans back protections for workers from union membership or dues as a condition of employment.
