Jurors in Rogers County ruled Integris Canadi an Valley Regional Hospital must return Brooks 500000 and pay 500000 in punitive damages after the hospital failed to build a women's center named for his late mother Colleen Brooks. Brooks said the deal was made in 2005 and intended to honor his mother who died in 1999.
