Roswell star Gallegos, a 31 year old native of New Mexico, died in Fort Worth after being shot during a game related incident. New York January 23 The Thaw trial nears closing with medical experts testifying about Harry Thaw’s condition after the Stanford White killing. William J. Bryan spoke twice in Nashville Tennessee on January 22 delivering remarks to the public school officers and teachers association and to the local Elks. He also made an informal call on Governor Patterson that morning.
H. P. Saunders, W. C. Winston and Roy Daniel left last night for Big Springs to hunt for two weeks on the adjoining ranches of Mr. Winston and Mr. Saunders' brother. Winston will stay longer at his ranch while the others return in a week.
