St Marys project to add 120 bed nursing facility in Roswell
Guardian Investments and Retirement Ranches withdrew their bids for Roswell nursing facilities after not resolving cost and staffing concerns. St Marys Hospital received the sole NMHSA recommendation to SHPDA for a 4.07 million renovation and 120 bed addition, with 56 beds existing. The plan would bring Roswell total beds to 120 and add 64 new beds for intermediate care by 1980.
