Hobbs police say a body found in a field is that of Elizabeth Garcia a 26 year old convenience store clerk who vanished from an Allsup s store near New Mexico Junior College after a 2 24 a m transaction. Cash was taken from the register and a panic alarm occurred. Autopsy pending. No arrests yet.
