Selling your house to create a welcoming home
When marketing a home buyers seek warmth as well as rooms and walls. Fresh flowers and healthy potted plants enhance a homey feel. Bright towels and potholders in kitchen and bath add touch. Keep rooms well lit with windows uncovered. On a wintry day light helps. Avoid clutter but place a few well chosen objects to project affection.
