Deserted Pecos Valley Depot Fire in Roswell Reported
A fire swept the Pecos Valley Railroad Depot in Roswell New Mexico on the night of January 1 1904 destroying the building and leaving investigators to determine the cause. Local authorities and volunteers battled the blaze through the eleven o clock hour as flames consumed the structure.
