Kidnapping trial begins for Roswell man
The two day trial in Chaves County District Court concerns 41 year old Enrique Rodriguez accused of kidnapping a former girlfriend and aggravated burglary in a Roswell home on November 28 2015. Jurors were being selected as prosecutors from the Fifth Judicial District and defense attorney Doug Jones Witt questioned potential jurors.
