Fire fraud trial heats up in Cerro Grande case

Federal prosecutor Fidel Federici says Pamela Medley used a deceased friend's name to file a 329000 fraud claim after the 2000 Cerro Grande Fire. Medley is charged with 23 counts including fraud money laundering and impersonating federal employees.
