State launches voicemail for unemployment claims
New Mexico's Department of Workforce Solutions will send voicemails to unemployment claimants with updates on benefits including weekly certifications and extensions. The modernization plan adds a toll free line, 800 plus phone lines and a self service center, plus a user friendly online UI for unemployment benefits.
