Ex-ADA Keeps Roswell Post Office Box For Private Use
The Roswell Post Office box used by the district attorney's office since 1961 was transferred to former Assistant District Attorney Morris Stagner for his private use in early December. Mail to the DA's office is now forwarded to the Chaves County Courthouse DA office, while Stagner’s mail remains in the box at Box 1513. Postmaster W H Baird notes the box belongs to the person who pays the rent, and Cathey says the change is a normal address update.
