Artesia man pleads no contest in six-hurt crash

Carlsbad Caverns Raises Entrance Fee to 12 Dollars

State alleges tampering against psychiatrist in Black case
New Mexico prosecutors filed an amended criminal complaint accusing Steven Black of tampering with evidence in addition to a remaining battery charge.
