City Wins All Its Court Cases In Roswell

In two weeks Judge Pope cleared dockets in Roswell, ruling city wins in most disputed suits. Dills vs City awarded city verdict with $40 for faith work. Magnet vs city awarded $135 to $140 for back salary. Other decisions upheld mayoral discharge rights and sidewalk order powers, while various mortgage and property disputes resolved in favor of city interests.
