GSA grants Hatch extension for Roswell housing deal
The General Services Administration extended until Jan 15 the backing for Hubert Hatch Jr. of Roswell to complete a 4.8 million purchase of 785 Wherry housing units at the Roswell Industrial Air Center. Hatch says a West Coast lender will fund about 6.5 to 7 million total to buy and renovate for sale.
