Seven WAFB Men Receive Korea Service Awards

Brig. Gen. Musgrave Jr. presented awards at 47th Air Division HQ to seven Walker AFB airmen for Korea service. Airman Jack D. Whitehall earned the Distinguished Flying Cross for a night B-26 mission that destroyed six enemy vehicles and dodged heavy anti aircraft fire. The Frontier West opens at Roswell Museum Sunday
