Deaths From Tuberculosis In Roswell Area

A L Jann, formerly an operator for the C R I P at a New Mexico station, died Saturday after seeking consumption treatment here. his body was sent to Charlestown Indiana with wife Mrs Jann. Mrs J S Rogers aged 30 died Thursday near Ward Sanitarium from consumption. husband brought her to town two months ago and Knights of Pythias aided the family. she leaves four children. Elmer C Powell from Paola Kan died today in St Marys Hospital tubercular ward from pneumonia. he was about 24. remains at Allery parlors awaiting word from relatives.
