ENMUR mill levy fails by wide margin
ENMUR Roswell mill levy increase was defeated as 66 percent opposed the three mill request. A total of 3 674 voters said no while 1 861 supported the measure to raise 2.1 million dollars annually for operating costs. President John Madden called the outcome devastating for the campus.
